April 29, 2006 I purchased a 1999 K1500 4x4 GMC Suburban from Houston Auto Group in April 2006. There was no sales pressure and the truck was really clean. They detailed it again before I picked it up and even put gas in it and had it inspected. All without me asking. They repaired two 02 sensors and performed a break job as well. After I picked it up I noticed one of the rear AC vents was missing. I called up Rick and asked him if it was there. He bought one gave it to me. No haggling, no questions. November 30, 2005 In the recovery of Hurricane Katrina, my truck, which I so much depend upon to do business with, needed urgent repairs in the New Orleans area. There was no one to do these repairs in the timely manner in which I needed to get back up and running again. So, this led me to search for a new truck. November 22, 2005 I found the truck on the internet. I and many others thought it was crazy to even consider buying a truck off the internet. Especially considering I am in Hawaii and the truck was in Texas. After much contemplation I talked with Larrick. Dealing with him was more like dealing with a friend than a salesman. I must have called 20 times with the same questions and he was always helpful and honest.
