April 30, 2009 The Alma Center Fire Dept, has been checking on trucks for the last 4 years. We found this truck and the department fell in love with it. My captain of the department did some phone tag and relayed the information to me and we contacted our officers and our district treasury,and everbody said go for it. I called Rick and we made a final deal and sent one of my officers by plane to your dealership and he returned home on Wednesday. The truck is even better than the pictures ,thank you very much. April 5, 2009 After Frank found me a list of service trucks in my budget, I flew into Houston from Nevada; met with Frank who was ready for me,the trucks were ready, turn key to go to work. I test drove the truck and covered with a fine tooth comb and made the deal and drove home 2200 miles with no troubles except a minor oil pan leak. I called the service department and they contacted a dealer in Nevada and took care of the problem very swiftly. I appreciate an honest company in this day and age Thank you Texas Truck Center. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE TEXAS TRUCK CENTER I THOUGHT I WAS AT A NEW TRUCK DEALERSHIP BECAUSE, ALL THE TRUCKS LOOKED SO GOOD. I FINALLY DECIDED ON AN OLDER MODEL TRUCK BECAUSE OF MY BUDGET. LET ME TELL YOU THE TRUCK I BOUGHT LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW TRUCK ALL MY CUSTOMERS THINK I HAVE A BRAND NEW TRUCK . THE NAME OF THE SALESMAN THAT HELPED ME IS FRANK AND MR. FRANK WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH HELPING ME DECIDE WHICH TRUCK TO BUY . THERE WAS NO PRESSURE,HE TREATED ME LIKE AN OLD FRIEND. I DROVE THE TRUCK BACK TO LOUISIANA ON MONDAY LOADED MY TOOLS IN IT MONDAY NIGHT.
