February 7, 2012 Our service truck was a 1998 2 Ton International. When it went down, we had to have something to haul fuel, tools, etc... to the logging woods. We looked at a local Dodge Dealership in Lafayette for a new one, but the Mechanic bed would take 6-8 weeks to build. After seeing the ad for Work Trucks at Texas Truck Center, we called and in one week we had a new Maintainer Service Body sitting in our shop. January 30, 2012 We were in need of a crew truck for our construction department in the Houston area. I searched the internet for a couple of days, (for a very specific style of truck). The only one that I found, which met our needs, just so happened to be here in Houston at Texas Truck Center (TTC). Darrell Miller at TTC greeted me when I visited the facility. I explained what our needs were as we browsed through some of the trucks in inventory. He explained that there was no limit to what he was willing to do to up-fit a truck to meet our needs. He took me to the shop and showed me some examples of the custom built trucks that other customers ordered. I was impressed with the quality of work and the attention of detail to meet the customer’s needs. It just so happened that the truck I found on the internet was there and looked better that anticipated. The only thing that was not on the truck that we needed was a fuel tank. Darrell custom fit a tank on the truck and we were set. This day and age it rare to find people and a company with the integrity and honesty that can be trusted to go the extra mile. January 5, 2012 Greg Weber helped us pick out an F550 with a small crane last summer to fill a void in one of our farm equipment dealerships. August 3, 2011 On 7-13-11 we had our service truck stolen. I contacted Darrell Miller on 7-14-11 to see what he had available. By the end of the day on 7-15-11, Darrell had three trucks for me to choose from and we had made a deal on a 2009 Ford F550. Darrell went out of his way to push me at the head of the line because he knew I really needed this truck as soon as possible. He contacted me several times through the process giving me updates on the delivery date. Less than two weeks from our first conversation, I took delivery of our new service truck. This is the 4th or 5th truck I have purchased from Texas Truck Center and Darrell.
