July 6, 2005 Unbelievable service and inventory. I live in Maine and bought on ebay only seeing the pictures that were provided. The truck was exactly as pictured. Houston Automotive Group has by far the best pictures and descriptions of any of the ebay sellers. I LOOKED AT NEARLY 150 AUCTIONS in my process of buying a truck. As far as working with the salesman, LARRICK FRENCH is THE MAN!!! He went way beyond the call of duty to help me with arranging local merchants for performance and stereo products along with assisting me with hotel and flight arrangements. June 1, 2005 My dad told me years ago that honesty is the best policy, well after all these years that policy was realized again in the purchase of my 2000 ford 250 super duty from Darrel Miller of The Houston Automotive Group. May 31, 2005 Let me just start off by saying thank you to every one at Houston Automotive Group for taking truck driving to a new level, I don't think I saw one truck in your lot that I wouldn't die to drive. It was about two months ago when I made my first trip to Truck Heaven (thats what you guys should call it) and I spotted this real pretty F150, it had a 3" lift with custom grill, sun roof, bed cover, awesome bed liner and much more. It had every thing I could want in a truck. After speaking with Darrell Miller I found out what a deal it was, and that there had to be some kind of catch. When I went home and told my parents they assumed the same, there must be something wrong with the engine or something, this truck is too perfect for the price. Well a week or two went by before I could finally drag mom and dad down there to show them it was a deal of a life time. Well this is where the hard part comes in, another dealer had sold my truck. At the time I was heart broken until my parents had looked around and liked what they saw, they said just pick out another one, and that's something I thought I would never here coming from the stingiest parents alive. Well it turns out that I've never been happier that they sold the other truck because the one I have now is probably the most bad ass truck I've ever seen, not to brag, but it's the truth. Darrell Miller did and excellent job at showing us all of the great deals and that's when I saw it, it took my breath away, it was an 02', red,Z71 with a 9" lift and 20"rims on 36" tires, this truck made that ford look like mini cooper. When Darrell told us the price, I was so excited. And so were my parents, they were able to get us approved, all the papers signed and every thing that day. I really want to thank you Darrel for every thing you did for us, not only are you the nicest sales man around, but you treated us like family and for that we really thank you.If you are considering buying a truck from here do it now, before the deal of a life time slips away from you. At Houston Automotive Group they wont BS you, they care about you and their trucks. May 18, 2005 I searched the internet for weeks looking for my perfect truck. I contacted Mike Cooper and talked with him a bit about the truck and about his business ethics. At first, I felt real uneasy making a transaction over the phone and seeing only pictures of the truck. Mike took his time and test drove the truck for me, crawled under the truck to answer a few questions, and assured me that if he saw anything out of the ordinary, he would tell me not to buy the truck. We faxed and DHL'ed papers back and forth and before long, my wife and I flew from Denver to Houston to see our new truck. Mike was real patient with me as I verified everything he told me.
