"Gary" who called me back in less than 24 hours was extremely helpful in any questions I had about the truck I inquired about as well as others you have in stock. Even thought I live in NJ I would consider purchasing a vehicle from you and getting it delivered via your transport service. 2003 Thanks for a smooth transaction and a GREAT truck. Let me tell you what a truck it is! Left Houston for Illinois. Stopped in Oklahoma City and planed to proceed home the next day. Well the next day ended up "only" traveling 400 miles in 11 hours. Through 10-14 inches of snow, very icy road on the Roy Rogers Turnpike. Counted over 100 cars in the ditch as well as two major accidents. One was a 26 car pile-up and the other was 3-4 semi's. The truck drove/handled with flying colors with no major glitches. Sat in the driver seat for over a 9 hour period, very comfortable!! This truck should last a long long time but when I am ready to buy another truck, I know exactly where to go!! Feb. 15, 2003 I would like to thank you very much for the great truck that you sold me. The '97 Dodge Cummins was exactly the truck that you described to me on the phone. At first I was a little leery about buying a truck 1100 miles away, but the more I talked to C.F. the more I felt that it would be well worth going after. I flew down to Houston from Dayton, Ohio on a Saturday morning and arrived at the truck center Sat. afternoon. Buying a truck sight unseen is not something I thought I would ever do, but after dealing with C.F., I will definitely come back to Texas Truck Center for my next truck. The truck is exactly as he described, and made the 1160 mile trip home without any trouble. I am already pulling trailer loads of hay with it, and it is doing just fine. If anyone has any questions about TTC or C.F., e-mail me for an answer. They are a great group of guys who are true to their word. Feb. 7th, 2003 I had a great experience working w/ these guys and the truck I ended up with is exactly what I wanted. Even when there was a small repair that needed to be done after the sale, they took care of it with no questions asked. My sales rep., Dave Hammon, was easy to work with and completely responsive. As we continue to need trucks....this is the first place I'm calling. C.F. & CORINA, I wish to thank you for the GREAT truck you all sold me. Here's a story for people looking for a truck. I hunted the tri-state area looking for the truck of my needs and couldn't find the right deal. then I found Texas Truck Center and three e-mails and two phone calls had the truck that I was looking for. There was a certain degree of worrying discomfort not knowing positively. If all would hook up, etc. when attempting to configure with a foreign trailer from Pennsylvania. I had no reason to worry. The hook up was perfect and made for an easy ride home especially when riding threw the scale and inspection stations. Gratitude, Letter of Reference - A Success Story To Whom It May Concern: On 07-FEB-2002, we picked up our new truck from the Houston Automotive Group. This was no ordinary pick-up truck, but a 2000 Chevy 3500 4X4, fully loaded with leather interior, 4-Door Crew Cab, Long Bed, 454 Cubic inch Gas Engine, Heavy Duty Automatic Transmission, a goose-neck adapter, and Skid Plates, a real 4X4 truck with the works and approximately 30,000 miles. This was one super truck! Now prior to that, starting 01-OCT-2001, I had looked at various new truck dealers and other specialized truck dealers, but to no avail. I had many promises, but no delivery on those promises. Now we are talking about dealers that have many claims to fame - The Largest Truck Dealer in Texas, The Largest Volume Dealer, etc. I spoke with both large and small dealers in and outside of Houston, and throughout the state of Texas. I checked the internet exhaustingly for the truck that I wanted. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted. Understand that I did not want the heavy depreciation that occurs in the first few years of a new truck, especially the nice trucks. One day I saw numerous trucks on the Houston Automotive Group Texas Truck Center website. I was amazed at the large number of high quality trucks on their site. I selected five (5) trucks, did my research, called and spoke with Mr. Darren Ricketts. He told me some of those were already sold, but come on down and one of the ones I really wanted was still there, the owner was driving it as his personal truck. It was his favorite, and when I saw it I knew this was the one for me. Mr. Darren Ricketts worked with me to get the truck just the way I wanted , without any problems whatsoever, and never any pressure to sell the truck. Mr. C. F. Ebelt negotiated a price with me and a 125,000 mile/ seven (7) Year Extended Warranty, again without any hassle.
